It would appear that the announcement of the AR2900 as a replacement to the AR2700 by some quarters was rather premature as no such model has ever appeared.
Produced by the same company who manufactured the AR2700 for AOR the AR2900 was said to be very similar in features to the '2700 but with the addition of USB and LSB modes.
It would appear though that the model that was rumoured as the AR2900 has appeared as the CAMNIS HSC-200 or Trident TR-2200.
